Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis refers to a state of deep relaxation. Attention to external stimuli is reduced and one’s own inner world is perceived with greater concentration. In hypnotherapy, we assume that many problems and conflicts are manifested in the unconscious. These can be uncovered, processed and overcome under hypnosis. All this happens in a state of deep relaxation.
